Day 19 - I Forgot

Yesterday I forgot to post a blog.  It did not even register until today.  I thought about what I would blog throughout the day but never sat down to do it.  I do have really clean windows, though.  My mom and sister are coming to town, so getting in a little bit of cleaning for their arrival.

Yesterday I was very consumed with wanting something sweet.  Being on the low carb thing it is a big change from what all I was eating.  It is amazing of the carb count on some foods.  But I did get through the day without cheating.  I am very excited about my will power at this moment.  It is something I thought I would never have back.

The biggest change for me though is the treadmill.  I enjoy the time I spend walking.  And....I feel better.  So if you were like me and just came home from work to sit in a chair and veg, I encourage you to get up and do something.  Even if it is just walking back and forth down the hall.  Believe that you can do it.  And...You will feel better.  I think exercise is more important than the diet.  Of course you have to have both, but the exercise will change your attitude.  It is hard to start.  But just start moving.  Set a goal and stick to it.
